How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Billing. You can cancel directly from the Stripe portal.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" — we'll send a reset link to your email.
How do I request a refund?
Email us with the subject "Refund request" within 14 days of your first payment. See our refund policy for details.
Can I change my plan?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings. Founding member rates are locked as long as you stay subscribed.
